Once upon a time... I got married and hired a photographer who inspired me, NOT in a good way. I’d never been married before, I had no idea who to use, google didn’t exist, so I asked the photographer at my company’s Art Dept who did his daughters weddings & hired them. Some man, that I had never met before, came to our wedding with his big camera, and took pictures of my double chin. When that wasn’t showing, my bra strap was. Never in my life was I so upset than when I saw our pictures. I know I don’t have a double chin all the time, it was a mystery to me why it appeared on my wedding day, I couldn’t believe he didn’t tell me or see that it didn’t look good! I was so mad I cried, thinking that I could do better than this, when it hit me, I COULD do better and have... Over the years I’ve developed a style of my own, meant to capture you from your best angles. What's it cost?

I charge only for my time and talent. I am happy to agree an hourly rate for shorter shoots, depending on your photography needs. Weddings are a minimum 4 hours, maximum 8 hours. I no longer provide full photo shopping or post production services; you bring me the SD film cards and they become your property when we are done shooting. I will happily edit a handful of your favorite pictures if you email them to me, but I will not edit them all. A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm your date.


I generally shoot budget weddings, so please contact me with your budget. If you have a large wedding budget, I will charge you a flat percentage of this instead of an hourly rate. This fee will include engagement pictures.
